Leather pouf, round leather ottoman

We made our Moroccan floor pouf from camel leather by qualified artisans and embroidered by cactus silks. All the process is handmade, it begins with a piece of leather dyed by hand in a leather tannery in hundreds of large stone vats, then our craftsman cut the leather he carved mystic Berber patterns manually and finally he cuts the leather and gathers it to create this beautiful round leather ottoman.

We still using the traditional way for treating the leather with plants which gives our leather a special look and make it very strong. You can use a Moroccan pouf as a footrest or ottoman or as a stool.

If you are not using them as a foot stool or foot rest, you could use as a seat. They come in quite handy especially if you want to sit on a comfortable leather foot stool. And since Moroccan craftsmen made it from leather, they will be able to stand the weight of anyone sitting on them. If you are thinking of getting a few for the house, you may want to check with the seller on whether they include the filling or do you have to purchase them separately. Certain stores may not include the filling as they sold it separately. So, if you are buying any, you could fill it with foam, used clothes, cotton or any paper you have in your home.
