Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and additional information regarding tracking your order.

Q: What’s your return policy?

A: MADEINATLAS offers free return of all items within 30 days from delivery date. If you’re interested in returning your items, send us an email with your order number and we’ll send you a return label.

Q: How do I make changes to an existing order?

A: Changes to an existing order can be made as long as the order is still in “processing” status. Please contact our team via email and we’ll make sure to apply the needed changes. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot apply any changes to it. If you are unhappy with your order when it arrives, please contact us for any changes you may require, MADEINATLAS team will be happy to assist you, please check FAQ for any other information.

Q: What shipping options do you have?

A: DHL, FedEx shipping, MADEINATLAS will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: MADEINATLAS currently ship to the USA, UK, CA, EU, Middle East, Japan, New Zealand and Australia, other countries coming soon.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?

A: Yes, MADEINATLAS design and made all products from natural raw materials assisted by skilled Moroccan master artisans, this is the key success to create high quality products.

A: MADEINATLAS a brand of ASSA PRODUITS that was founded in 1997, with a goal to bring better Moroccan handmade products to every home and spread Moroccan culture across the world.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: MADEINATLAS accept PayPal and credit and debit cards with PayPal Checkout, it’s simple when you initiate the checkout process, you’ll have the option to pay with a debit or credit card – even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Q: What does the warranty cover?

A: MADEINATLAS will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to download and print the return shipping label. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect MADEINATLAS to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
